In Fix it with the Handyman, students will roll up their sleeves and learn essential handyman skills that have been lost over the last few generations. From fixing toilets and changing faucets to building sheds, wiring outlets, installing fixtures, and even mounting TVs, this hands-on course covers a wide range of practical home improvement techniques. Students will not only gain confidence in tackling household repairs but also develop problem-solving skills that can be applied in real-world situations. Perfect for anyone heading into adulthood or simply wanting to be more self-sufficient, this class equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to handle everyday tasks and DIY projects with ease. This course will encourage an end-of-the-year parent-approved project that displays skills learned throughout the year. All in-class supplies are included.
