Cake III will will focus on current trends in all types of decorating. For this class we will be working with some of the same materials as Cake Decorating 1 and 2 but in new, innovative ways. This class has no prerequisite and can be taken independently from Decorating 1and 2. Students will be working with different types of edible papers, edible fabrics, chocolates, fondant and gumpaste along with using new tools and exploring candy making.

The class fee includes ALL needed tools and supplies each week. No curriculum purchase necessary. Every week students will be bringing home their creations for all to enjoy.

Instructor will need to work with parents if there are any food allergies.
