Cake II teaches cake decorating fundamentals and a completely different skill set from the Cake Decorating 1 course. This class has no prerequisite and can be taken independently from Decorating 1. Students will be working with different types of edible papers, edible fabric, chocolate, fondant and gumpaste. All of these ingredients are easy to find and surprisingly affordable.

The class fee includes ALL needed tools and supplies each week. No curriculum purchase necessary. Every week students will be bringing home their creations for all to enjoy.

Instructor will need to work with parents if there are any food allergies.
