In this class we will be learning the basic fundamentals of cake decorating and practicing techniques using buttercream, royal icing, melting wafers, fondant and gumpaste.

The class fee includes ALL needed tools and supplies each week. There will be no extra expenses with the exception of students baking a small cake for one lesson each semester. Every week students will be bringing home their creations for all to enjoy.

No curriculum purchase necessary.

Instructor will need to work with parents if there are food allergies.
